Prior to Google, Dart led HR Transformation and Planning at Cisco Systems, where he founded the business architecture practice that led to the principles of multi-sided management.A management philosophy and practice that recognizes employees as customers who subscribe to the product, work; accordingly, all companies are multi-sided businesses with employees forming one side.
